About the role
- Documenting, monitoring and controlling critical process points
- Educating and gaining buy-in from key stakeholders
- Analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing resilience program reporting
- Ensuring alignment of technology capabilities and requirements to policies
- Developing and maintaining formal process documentation
- Working with team members to develop robust risk management processes
- Effectively partnering with Product, Technology and Intent Owners
- Tracking and resolving process breakdowns, issues and risk events
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 3 years of Process or Risk Management experience
- At least 1 year of Continual Improvement experience
- A solid grasp of process management concepts and Agile experience
- Experience working with Risk / Compliance Officers and Auditors
- Strong analytical and technical skills
- 4+ years of Process Management experience (Preferred)
- 2+ years of Resilience or Disaster Recovery planning (Preferred)
- 2+ years of Testing experience (Preferred)
- 1+ years of Project Management experience (Preferred)
- 1+ years of experience working with Product and Technology teams (Preferred)
