About the role

  • Act as an architect for our international workforce footprint.
  • Lead the end-to-end annual workforce planning cycle for Tech and Product organizations.
  • Develop sophisticated "what-if" workforce models to forecast the impact of AI adoption, shifting product priorities, and macroeconomic volatility on our talent needs.
  • Serve as the "connective tissue" between Finance, HR, Recruiting, Real Estate, and Tech Labor Strategy ensuring growth plans are supported by a coordinated plan for recruiting capacity and office infrastructure.
  • Synthesize complex data into compelling narratives for senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 7 years of experience in Project Management, Process Management, or Agile Delivery
  • At least 3 years of experience working with senior stakeholders across different business functions
  • At least 3 years of experience writing communications and presentations for leadership and non-leadership audiences
  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) (Preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience managing diverse operational functions, such as staffing, budgeting, executing high-level meetings and events (Preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience driving organizational change and operational excellence (Preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in IT development or support (Preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience as a Chief of Staff (Preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience working closely with executives (Preferred)
