Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 5 years of experience in learning facilitation
- At least 5 years of experience in project management, program management or a combination
- At least 5 years of experience with client consulting
- At least 3 years of experience in people leadership with 3 or more direct reports
- Advanced degree in Communications, Learning and Development, or Organizational Design/Effectiveness (preferred)
- Certification in a recognized team or personality assessment (e.g. CliftonStrengths, MBTI, Hogan, etc.) (preferred)
