Interacting with partner groups, stakeholders, and HR Consultants to keep all informed, well-managed, and consistent in their processes and projects
Data collection, analysis, reporting, and process improvements
Project or process coordination and activity monitoring / auditing
Partner with Talent and Performance Management Champions to design and execute the annual talent and performance calendar of activities
Develop walk-around decks, communications, and training materials to be used in preparing managers and associates; may include facilitator or “train the trainer” sessions
Facilitate sessions and/or provide notes as needed
Prepare consolidated summaries for business leaders to describe outcomes of talent conversations
Complete promotion and compensation changes in Workday
Provide feedback to Chief of Staff team and Performance Management team to help drive continuous improvement of these programs

Requirements

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
At least 3 years of client facing experience
At least 2 years of project management experience
Bachelor’s Degree or military experience (Preferred)
Professional Human Resources Certification or Project Management Professional Certification or combination (Preferred)
4+ years of client facing experience (Preferred)
3+ years Project Management experience (Preferred)
At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources (Preferred)
