About the role
- Drive Recruitment Marketing Strategy
- Design the recruitment marketing strategy in partnership with the Head of Talent Brand Experience and Strategy
- Manage our Recruitment Marketing asset library (e.g., Canva) with editable marketing content for recruiters
- Lead the Events Strategy & Execution
- Partner with corporate communications and recruiting events teams to identify opportunities for collaboration
- Define clear success metrics for each event, measuring outcomes and continuously optimizing strategies
- Elevate the Candidate Experience & Engagement
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or military experience
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in the daily management of recruitment marketing and candidate engagement initiatives
- At least 3 years of experience in designing, leading, and executing corporate or recruitment event strategies
- Understanding of the recruitment process and candidate behavior
- Talent Marketing or Branding experience
- Strong knowledge of omni channel marketing and/or event marketing
