Analyzing and reporting on talent data for HR Business Partners
Managing process communications and creating or sharing templates for HR process communications
Supporting client-facing HR Business Partners with general inquiries and requests
Leading and owning weekly horizontal delivery meetings and monthly partner meetings
Partner with Talent and Performance Management Champions to design and execute annual talent activities
Prepare consolidated summaries for business leaders to describe talent conversation outcomes
Manage project work-streams in support of team goals

Requirements

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
At least 2 years of experience in human resources
At least 1 years of client facing experience or consulting experience
At least 1 year of experience in project or process management
Professional Human Resources Certification or Project Management Professional Certification (preferred)
