About the role
- Manage talent and resources across an average of 1-3 branches with a team of Ambassadors
- Travel within district and region to support a cluster of locations
- Empower Ambassadors to problem-solve independently
- Mentor Ambassadors’ professional and personal development
- Maintain and enhance customer branch experience
- Drive continuous improvement and ensure accountability
- Provide escalation and complex sales with product expertise
- Collaborate with local organizations to plan community events
- Advocate for customer needs and provide assistance
- Inspire the team while working with an energized group of Ambassadors
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
- At least 2 years of Retail, Sales, or Banking Experience
- At least 1 year of Management experience or at least 1 year of Supervisory experience
- Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
- 4+ years of Customer, Retail, or Financial Services experience (Preferred)
- 2+ years of Experience with People Management (Preferred)
