About the role

  • Define, Implement and continuously refine portfolio processes across an entire organization
  • Lead and support complex, cross-departmental efforts by providing strategic direction
  • Provide product and tech leadership with actionable insights into portfolio performance
  • Build relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders
  • Lead portfolio reviews and prioritization sessions
  • Manage and optimize the use of Portfolio/Project tools (i.e. JIRA)
  • Identify strategic process and tooling gaps
  • Partner with Ops and Product leaders to transform authorizations
  • Gather, Analyze, and Report out portfolio metrics

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience
  • At Least 5 years of experience in portfolio or program management for large, complex organizations
  • At least 3 years working in an Agile environment
  • At least 2 years of experience working with technical or product teams
  • At least 2 years of people management experience
  • MBA or Master’s Degree preferred
  • PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma Certification preferred
  • Must be technology fluent or conversational
