About the role
- Lead people and talent initiatives that address critical talent problems in Cyber Security
- Consult with clients, other HRBPs, and HR partner groups to execute HR solutions
- Coach people managers on leadership skills, org design, and performance concerns
- Provide strategic consulting and workforce planning to client groups
- Support the planning and delivery of core HR processes
- Assist senior leaders in building an inclusive and diverse team
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 5 years of client facing experience OR at least 5 years of consulting experience OR a combination
- At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources
- Bachelor’s Degree or military experience (preferred)
- MBA or Master’s degree (preferred)
- Professional Human Resources Certification or Senior Professional Human Resources certification or coaching certification (preferred)
- 7+ years of client facing experience or 7+ years of consulting experience or a combination (preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in Human Resources, specifically within Technology HR (preferred)
