Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or other quantitative discipline, or military experience
- At least 7 years of experience in Finance, Business Analytics, Accounting, Strategy Consulting, or a combination
- At least 4 years’ experience managing a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function
- At least 3 years of people management experience
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Finance (preferred)
- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) license or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license (preferred)
- 8+ years’ experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) (preferred)
- 5+ years’ experience managing a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function (preferred)
- 4+ years of people management experience including both direct & indirect reports (preferred)
