About the role
- Define user requirements, strategy and prioritization
- Develop and communicate the product vision and strategy for key components and features
- Responsible for direct ownership of products including customer and product definition
- Understand the needs of business stakeholders, data scientists, engineers and Capital One customers
- Prioritize the product backlog to maximize business and customer outcomes
- Incorporate design thinking and analytics to inform product design
- Enable collaboration and ensure communication between teams
- Maintain a healthy backlog of work and play a critical role in many agile ceremonies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
- At least 5 years of experience working in Product Management
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining relevant degrees in quantitative fields or an MBA with quantitative concentration.
- At least 5 years of experience in Agile product management
