About the role
- Lead a team associates providing in-depth financial analysis and strategic planning for Capital One Card Partnerships
- Represent Capital One and the Partnerships business in meetings with external partner senior leadership teams
- Provide reporting, analysis, and forecasting to facilitate decision making and track performance against operating goals
- Communicate and influence effectively at the highest levels of the organization
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis to investigate and assess any industry related topics and strategic options
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or other quantitative discipline, or military experience
- At least 5 years’ experience managing a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function
- At least 5 years of people management experience
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Finance (Preferred)
- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) license or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license (Preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) (Preferred)
- 7+ years of experience with credit card financial data and analysis (Preferred)
