About the role
- Develop and execute a comprehensive, multi-year SEO strategy for the Retail Bank
- Conduct enterprise-level analysis of the competitive landscape
- Find leverage and maximize value in the ever-changing search landscape
- Serve as the strategic lead for integrating SEO with all other marketing channels
- Define ambitious team goals and KPIs that align directly with business objectives
- Directly manage, coach, and develop a team of two talented associates
- Serve as the primary SEO subject matter expert and trusted advisor to senior leaders
- Build powerful, collaborative relationships across the organization to ensure SEO is a key consideration in all digital product development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or military experience
- At least 5 years of digital marketing experience
- At least 5 years of experience using G-Suite
- At least 5 years of experience with Google Analytics and Google Marketing Platform products
- Experience in agile marketing principles
- 7+ years of SEO marketing experience
- 2+ years of people leadership experience
- Marketing experience in financial services, fintech, or another highly regulated industry.
