About the role
- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive annual and long-term international workforce plans, aligning with Capital One's Technology and Product strategies.
- Build and leverage the capabilities of a high-performing team, as well as business partners across the enterprise.
- Partner with Technology and Product leadership to accurately forecast future talent demand, considering factors such as product roadmaps, market trends, and organizational growth.
- Analyze internal and external talent supply to identify potential gaps and opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with senior leaders across Technology, Product, HR, and Finance to ensure integrated planning and effective execution of workforce strategies.
- Drive organizational change and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 7 years of experience in Project Management, Process Management, or Program Management
- At least 5 years of people management experience
- 5+ years of experience in strategy development
- 5+ years of experience in budgeting and labor strategy
- 6+ years of experience driving organizational change and operational excellence
- 3+ years of experience partnering with engineering and product teams
