About the role
- Lead design strategy and execution for data-intensive tools and workflows
- Partner with Product and Engineering to design technical UX for financial services, data tooling, and process management platforms
- Translate ambiguous problems into actionable design solutions around GraphQL, APIs, data workflows, and task management
- Deliver production-ready assets and partner through QA to ensure design quality
- Use and extend our design system in Figma
- Apply user research and usability testing to refine solutions
- Present work with strong storytelling and clear design rationale.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in a Product Design role
- At least 6 years of experience in design and prototyping tools such as Figma
- 10+ years of UX design experience with a strong focus on technical and data-heavy products
- Expertise in workflow and systems design for enterprise-level or financial services contexts
- Familiarity with API-driven product design (GraphQL experience strongly preferred)
- Advanced use of Figma for wireframing, prototyping, design systems, and collaboration
- Proven ability to work in ambiguous, undefined environments and bring clarity through design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex workflow design, technical UX, and zero to one, product development
- Experience with data visualization
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
