About the role
- Responsible for the design and development of a diverse set of learning materials to support Retail Banking Teams
- Partner closely with key business partners to translate business intent into engaging learning materials
- Analyze learning needs, design and develop blended learning solutions, and report on learning effectiveness
- Script videos, storyboard e-Learning courses, structure simulations, create digital games
- Collaborate with SMEs, Project Managers, Facilitators, and other Learning Experience Designers to design and improve key performance indicators
- Assume personal responsibility for projects and completion with minimal direct supervision
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
- At least 4 years of experience in Instructional Design
- At least 4 years of experience with learning content development tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Design Suite, and Camtasia)
- Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years of Training Design and Development for digital modalities
- 1+ years of experience in UI/UX and graphic design
- 2+ years of experience with mobile content creation, curation and delivery
- 2+ years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and video editing software)
- Proficiency with Google Suite
- Must be fluent in English
