Serve as first-line support and escalation for BRG inquiries from key stakeholders
Lead, manage, and track the process for BRG budgets, work planning, and objectives and key results (OKRs)
Assist in tracking BRG budget allocations and actuals in partnership with Finance
Develop and maintain strong relationships with BRG community of practice leads, acting as a primary point of contact for these key stakeholders
Manage logistics of enterprise BRG community of practice meetings
Assist in managing our BRG management platform, including run reports on membership, events, and survey data
Partner with DIB Communications and BRG Communications Leads in tracking and reviewing communications approvals
Assist in crafting and refining compelling materials via decks and docs for BRG leaders
Lead and manage processes for enterprise BRG recognition, external speakers, and BRG leadership succession planning in partnership with key stakeholders
Identify opportunities to improve how we manage relationships, tell stories with data, and create far-reaching, long-lasting impact via our BRGs and LOB leaders
Requirements
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
At least 2 years of experience in program management role, project management role or a combination
Project Management Professional certification (preferred)
At least 1 year of experience in an HR function, or support function (preferred)
At least 2 years of experience supporting Business Resource Groups, Employee Resource Groups, Affinity Groups, Employee Networks or equivalent (preferred)
Proficiency in Google Suite (Slides, Docs, Sheets, Forms, Gemini) (preferred)
