About the role
- Drive strategy and execute on high priority projects for the company.
- Work with key stakeholders across the company to deliver results.
- Lead and manage the Branch and Cafe Mission Control program that proactively informs, prepares, and supports stakeholders.
- Coaching, developing and leading a small team.
- Leading moderate to large complex projects and programs by providing strategic direction.
- Designing, developing, and managing program communications and project plans in a complex dynamic environment.
- Ensure projects are documented appropriately to mitigate risk and be delivered on time.
- Partnering cross-functionally with internal customers to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
- At least 3 Years of Project Management experience
- At least 2 Years of People Management experience
- At least 1 years of experience supporting, partnering and interacting with internal business clients
- Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience (preferred)
- At least 5 years of Project Management experience (preferred)
- At least 5 years of People Management experience (preferred)
- PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification (preferred)
