About the role
- Combine craft expertise and leadership skills to co-create innovative solutions
- Demonstrate high degree of skill in product design, including interaction, visual and service design
- Lead design projects and mentor junior team members
- Ensure team focuses on customer-centered solutions and inclusive design
- Demonstrate proficiency with products and processes to shape business challenges
- Use tech and data capabilities to inform work and help teams move faster
- Foster collaboration and share solutions across the organization
- Present work using human-centered approach to influence decision-making
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a Product Design role
- At least 5 years of experience in design and prototyping tools such as Figma
- Preferred – at least 6 years of experience in a Product Design role
- Preferred – at least 6 years of experience in design and prototyping tools such as Figma
- Experience working with and contributing to an established design system
- Experience collaborating with product, tech and business partners
- Experience leading design projects or teams
- Experience working in heavily regulated, data heavy problem spaces
