About the role
- Partner with the Refinery tech team to define a roadmap for data environment improvement
- Translate complex technical work into compelling narratives for non-technical stakeholders
- Act as the product manager for the RPA bot team and shape automation strategy
- Collaborate with peers in Data Modernization to drive tooling adoption across Commercial
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management
- Strong background in platform product management or engineering leadership
- Deep technical expertise in modern data stacks and an understanding of RPA or other automation technologies
- A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field or A Master's Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
