Lead and develop a team of 5-7 recruiters responsible for attracting, identifying and hiring great talent into the Tech organization
Engage with tower leadership, hiring managers and other key stakeholders to understand recruiting needs and develop strategy to meet hiring goals
Guide your team of recruiters to develop and execute sourcing plans while creating relationships with candidates to facilitate process and offer acceptance
Lead and participate in team and enterprise-wide TA project work, partnering with peers across the organization to create and share solutions
Leverage Workday and other recruiting technologies to fulfill expectations of the role
Requirements
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
At least 5 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, or client consulting OR a combination of the three
At least 4 years of people leadership experience
At least 4 years of experience in Client Management
Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification or Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification (preferred)
5+ years of full life cycle Tech Corporate Recruiting experience including research and sourcing (preferred)
5+ years of experience in Client Management (preferred)
5+ years of people leadership experience (preferred)
Experience in compensation and general HR requirements as related to hiring (preferred)
Experience analyzing metrics, trends, and data, and using them to make strategic changes (preferred)
