About the role
- Performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for an internal interviewing system
- Reviewing requirements with product partners
- Designing & executing test cases from a user perspective
- Utilizing test environments to perform UAT and troubleshoot issues
- Engaging with teams to test and resolve system issues
- Logging defects/bugs to provide the development team with details
- Creating and maintaining job aids for recruiters
- Facilitating demos of the tool and running ad hoc training
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 1 year of User Acceptance Testing experience
- At least 1 year of experience working in an Interviewing system or Workday Recruiting
- 2+ years of process management experience (preferred)
- 1+ year of training experience (preferred)
- Experience Working in an Agile environment, preferably using Jira (preferred)
- Proficiency with GSuite (preferred)
