About the role
- Optimize media plans developed by agencies together with the Head of Marketing EU.
- Ensure optimal use of paid media channels with a focus on ROI and cost efficiency.
- Directly oversee collaborations with local vendors and niche providers, such as airports, airlines, and other high-impact offline placement platforms.
- Negotiate and manage direct contracts to bypass intermediaries where beneficial, ensuring maximum brand visibility and budget optimization.
- Monitor performance and quality of media agency deliverables.
- Track and analyze performance of media campaigns (offline campaigns - TV, OOH, radio).
- Implement global standards for campaign performance measurement.
- Prepare reports for the Head of Marketing EU and provide actionable recommendations.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and innovations in media planning and buying.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in media planning and buying on the media agency-side (TV, OOH, radio)
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Proven experience managing multi-market campaigns and collaborating with international teams.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Understanding of media and cultural nuances across different markets.
- Experience managing large-scale media budgets and delivering measurable results (KPI, ROAS, CPM, CTR, VTR, etc.).
- Proactive, self-driven, and highly organized.
- Knowledge of media platforms and tools will be nice to have(Google Ads, Meta, DV360, programmatic, etc.)

- Experience in fintech, banking, or payments
- An understanding of regulatory compliance, security credentials, and the unique challenges of selling trust in a sensitive financial context
