About the role
- Oversees the overall effectiveness of the bank’s deposit operations
- Actively managing staff to help achieve administrative, operational, and compliance goals
- Ensures that a wide range of services—including deposits, credit, and referrals—are efficiently used
- Collaborates with the Digital Transformation and Product teams to drive innovation
- Responsible for overall employee satisfaction and retention within the Deposit Operations Department
- Supervise, train and develop staff to meet the strategic objectives of the division and the bank
- Provide consistent and on-going coaching of staff to achieve performance results
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- 10+ years of management experience.
- Strong and extensive knowledge of banking operations policies, procedures, and federal regulations governing the financial industry.
- Microsoft office software suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc);
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
