About the role

  • Oversees the overall effectiveness of the bank’s deposit operations
  • Actively managing staff to help achieve administrative, operational, and compliance goals
  • Ensures that a wide range of services—including deposits, credit, and referrals—are efficiently used
  • Collaborates with the Digital Transformation and Product teams to drive innovation
  • Responsible for overall employee satisfaction and retention within the Deposit Operations Department
  • Supervise, train and develop staff to meet the strategic objectives of the division and the bank
  • Provide consistent and on-going coaching of staff to achieve performance results

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • 10+ years of management experience.
  • Strong and extensive knowledge of banking operations policies, procedures, and federal regulations governing the financial industry.
  • Microsoft office software suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc);
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
