About the role
- A Subject Matter Expert/Agile Dev Team Member who provides expertise in requirements gathering, analyzing, and designing Farmers Personal Lines Insurance Applications
- Recognizes customer's business processes and products to enhance application functionality
- Validates technical designs to meet business needs
- Performs impact analysis of application changes across various components, holding end-to-end view of the system
- Performs quality checks on project deliverables to ensure Business requirements are met
- Validates systems are architecturally sound, code component quality is adequate
- Estimates effort and cost for new functionalities
- Recommends integration and testing criteria
- Assists in implementation and troubleshooting system issues

- Agile Methodology - Intermediate

- Guidewire Policy Center or similar policy processing product - Intermediate (4-6 Years)
