About the role

  • Lead the architecture and design of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical standards.
  • Engage with clients to gather and document requirements, translating them into actionable technical specifications.
  • Oversee project delivery, managing resources, timelines, and budgets, while ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Mentor and guide team members in Salesforce best practices and methodologies, promoting continuous improvement and skill development.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce solutions within existing systems.
  • Conduct regular assessments of implemented solutions, identifying areas for enhancement and optimization.

Requirements

  • 20yrs to 25 yrs of experience
  • Salesforce Certified Architect or Salesforce Technical Architect (preferred)
  • Salesforce Architecture and Solution Design: Advanced (5+ Years)
  • Stakeholder Management and Engagement: Advanced
  • Project Management: Advanced
  • Salesforce Products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud): Advanced (5+ Years)
  • Integration Tools and Middleware: Intermediate
  • DevOps/CI/CD Practices: Preferred
