About the role

  • The Scrum Master II serves as a servant leader and Agile coach for one or more Scrum teams.
  • Facilitating Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Removing impediments and resolving team-level and cross-team dependencies.
  • Promoting Lean-Agile principles and maintaining a culture of trust and collaboration.
  • Coaching teams on self-organization, continuous improvement, and adherence to Scrum practices.
  • Partnering with Product Owners to ensure backlog refinement and prioritization.
  • Tracking progress using Agile metrics and tools (e.g., Rally, Jira).
  • Driving delivery accountability by creating conditions for effective sprint outcomes and value delivery.
