💰 $75,000 - $85,000 per year

About the role

  • Organizes schedules and manages flow of work within or between organizational units or businesses
  • Reviews master schedule and work orders, establishes priorities, and adjusts schedule according to projects
  • Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to support the implementation and operation of enterprise PLM systems for U.S. Department of Defense customers
  • Assists with developing and implementing program strategies that align with organizational goals
  • Oversees projects to ensure they are executed effectively and efficiently
  • Tracks project progress and performance, identifying potential risks and issues
  • Reports on project status to stakeholders
  • Assists with data development in PLM and Reliability tool suites
  • Maintains clear and consistent communication with stakeholders

Requirements

  • Currently hold an active U.S. security clearance (or able to obtain one)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Product Support
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and documentation tools such as Confluence or SharePoint
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences
  • Experience in Aerospace and Defense industries or other highly regulated environments (desired)
  • Familiarity with Product Support elements (desired)
