• Oversee and support daily airport station operations
• Lead the team focusing on safety, security, efficiency, and providing extraordinary customer service
• Manage all facets of airline station operations
• Demonstrate leadership of the company by possessing a positive attitude, working from a place of integrity, and having a sense of humor
• Assure and promote staff development
• Maintain positive business relationships with local airport authority and agencies as well as contract carriers
• Manage station staffing levels and budgeting
• Ensure all employees meet initial and recurrent training requirements
• Interview prospective employees with HR
• Conduct performance reviews and station performance planning
• Assure excellent customer service and efficient station operation
• Attend regular corporate meetings in Hyannis as applicable via telephone or willingness to travel
