Responsible for producing reporting deliverables, insights, and analytical narratives to support and inform strategic decision-making by Strategy and Investment teams
Prepare recurring and ad hoc reporting deliverables surrounding campaign performance
Develop vital data-supported insights for all analytics deliverables
Ensure that all data-gathering requirements for campaigns are technically fulfilled
Be the ultimate gatekeeper of accuracy and quality of all data for analysis
Develop proficiency with all software and tools used for data/campaign analysis and reporting
Work collaboratively with multiple groups both internally and externally (client and creative agency) to obtain all necessary information to produce analytics deliverables
Ensure all deliverables deadlines are met, including involving all appropriate parties to manage expectations internally and externally

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree
2-4 years of experience in Analytics
Proven ability to drive projects from start to finish
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong presentation skills
High-level proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
Proficiency with data manipulation through data interfaces and SQL-based queries, a plus
Proficiency in Python and R for data analysis and model development, a plus
Experience using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Python libraries (Matplotlib, Pandas) to create compelling visualizations and communicate findings to non-technical audiences, a plus
