About the role
- Architect and maintain physical and cloud-based desktop environments using Azure Intune, Microsoft 365, and Atera.
- Optimize performance and reliability of cloud-based collaboration tools including Teams, Exchange Online, and SharePoint.
- Work with internal teams and MSP to plan and maintain our network infrastructure, AWS instances, and SAAS-based tools and integrations.
- Provide Tier 3 support for escalated issues across Windows, macOS and cloud-based tools.
- Manage Active Directory, Group Policies, and virtual desktop environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's preferred
- 5 years’ experience in a Windows support environment
- Familiarity with network and telecommunication technologies
- Familiarity with Microsoft, Google, and AWS Cloud computing
- Zendesk experience is a plus
