You will be responsible for month-end close activities including generating journal entries for Revenue and COGS activity.
Completing reconciliations, and performing fluctuation analysis ensuring GAAP and IFRS compliance.
You will be responsible for pulling KPI’s and performing internal controls in accordance with SOX requirements.
You will assist with system implementations or enhancements, focusing on creating a seamless QTC process.
You'll identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within the quote to cash and COGS areas, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
CPA is a plus.
5-8+ years of experience in quote-to-cash or a similar finance role with a passion for delivering excellence.
Experience in a public company environment with a focus on month-end responsibilities (creating journal entries, flux analysis, and balance sheet reconciliations).
NetSuite or RevPro experience is a plus.
Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with the capacity to identify issues and implement solutions proactively.
Knowledge of revenue recognition based on the requirements of ASC 606 (US GAAP) and IFRS 15.
Experience working with COGS (cost of goods sold or cost of revenue) and margin.
