About the role
- Lead paid social acquisition strategy across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and emerging platforms in the UK and international markets
- Own advanced paid social setups, including tracking, conversion events, audience segmentation, and attribution
- Analyse campaign and funnel performance to generate commercially meaningful insights
- Work cross-functionally with teams to deliver compliant, high-performing paid social assets and develop creative briefs
- Act as the paid social SME, advising on platform policy, compliance and feasibility
- Contribute to broader paid media strategy across Paid Search and other performance channels
Requirements
- 6+ years’ experience in paid digital performance marketing, managing large-scale paid social budgets (£100k+/month)
- Experience in regulated advertising environments with knowledge of MHRA or equivalent healthcare standards
- Enjoy ‘being in the data’; leveraging performance data, attribution and conversion funnels
- Technical proficiency in tracking, GA4, and consent-led frameworks
- Comfortable being highly autonomous, able to manage complex workloads whilst delivering commercial outcomes and collaborating with multiple stakeholders across different teams
