About the role

  • Playing global fleet management role in customer’s printing environment
  • Preparing device configuration instructions and profiles for installation and printer configuration
  • Remotely onboarding installed printers to fleet management tool to ensure connected printers operate according to the defined baseline
  • Lifecycle certification management by proactively planning and deploying actions such as security patching, firmware updates
  • Actively working with customer on change and problem management activities
  • Playing Single Point of Contact role for day-to-day technical topics
  • Primary role to provide internal support to worldwide service engineers from local support teams
  • Participating in regular review meetings with customer, preparing and presenting content for fleet and security management activities

Requirements

  • Basic IT knowledge
  • Fluent Polish and very good English in writing and speaking
  • Proficiency in Excel with the ability to use formulas to work with large amounts of data
  • Analytical thinking
  • Accuracy and meticulousness in the performance of assigned tasks
  • Ability to organise working time independently while pursuing defined objectives
  • Assertiveness and the ability to conduct substantive discussions with customer
