About the role

  • Play a central role in strengthening the Commercial organisation's prioritisation, decision-making, and delivery
  • Partner directly with the CRO, working across Sales, Pricing, Planning and Technology
  • Improve decision-making and ensure important initiatives move forward
  • Build effective relationships across senior stakeholders
  • Lead through influence and coordination rather than direct line management
  • Implement a transparent intake and prioritisation approach
  • Produce high-quality decision support for the CRO and leadership group

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related field preferred)
  • Significant experience delivering complex cross-functional work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to drive outcomes through influence
  • Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous problems and turn them into clear decisions and delivery plans
  • Comfort working with data and operational detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • High judgment and discretion with sensitive information
