About the role
- Partner with senior leaders across ANZ for people activities supporting growth
- Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the business strategies and priorities
- Lead workplace investigations or resolve disciplinary matters
- Coach and guide people leaders on employee relations
- Identify and escalate HR trends and legislative changes
Requirements
- 4 or more years in a similar HR business partnering role
- Experience supporting expatriate leaders (highly regarded)
- Strong judgement and ability to resolve issues
- Proven track record as HR Business Partner in managing ER matters end-to-end
