About the role

  • Backlog Management: Own, prioritize and refine the product backlog for multiple teams
  • Detailed Story Writing: Write exceptionally clear, concise, and detailed epic specs user stories and acceptance criteria for complex features
  • Technical Alignment: Work closely with technical leads and architects to understand technical constraints
  • Acceptance and Quality: Be the sole decision maker for accepting or rejecting product level enhancements
  • Agile Team Facilitation: Partner with engineers to define clear, achievable goals
  • Product Partnership: Work closely with Product Managers to understand strategy and bring enhancements to life from the ground up

Requirements

  • 6-10 years of dedicated experience as a Product Owner in a fast-paced, high-execution environment
  • Master-level understanding and practical application of Agile/Scrum principles
  • Exceptional attention to detail in writing User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
  • Strong background or foundational knowledge in software development processes, system integrations, and data flows
  • Proven ability to communicate technical details and complex trade-offs clearly and precisely to engineering teams
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) certification is highly preferred.
