Business Development Rep

• Develop and maintain relationships with all participants (physicians, providers and administrators) of provider networks and other primary care groups.
• Work with market leadership and corporate development to evaluate the viability of merger and acquisition targets, alliances, or joint ventures, to support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives.
• Generate new leads, identify and communicate effectively with partners and potential partners, analyze opportunities, support deals that align with Cano Health’s strategic vision, and lead and facilitate presentations of proposals, plans or projects through close.
• Create and implement outbound sales and business development strategy, processes, internal structure, and best practices.
• Perform site visits to conduct outreach, education, training and orientation sessions for providers and key administrative staff.

• Manage and support assigned Performance Improvement staff and liaise with complex enterprise clients.
• Set goals for Performance Improvement teams and provide mentoring, coaching and overall guidance.
• Develop, maintain and refine departmental standard operating procedures and service delivery SOPs.
• Provide advanced population health management data, analysis, and actionable insights for the business.
• Analyze financial and quality reports to identify opportunities and present findings to physicians and staff.
• Monitor and manage progress of key performance indicators for providers to ensure goals are met.
• Create provider performance reports, presentations, monthly and quarterly reports, practice assessments, and provider manuals.
• Conduct webinars and educational content and create provider in-service logs and Salesforce functions.
• Coordinate support activities with various departments to provide optimal customer service to network providers and internal customers.
• Handle administrative tasks including scheduling conference calls/meetings and travel arrangements.
• Manage assigned medical providers and their staff to drive positive financial performance, appropriate utilization, and high quality across value-based programs.
• Travel to local practices/providers as needed (0-25%).
