About the role

  • You will strategically build and continuously develop our professional collaboration program for pharmacies and physicians.
  • You define goals, quality standards and structures — and implement them together with your team.
  • You lead an interdisciplinary team and coordinate external partners.
  • You develop a center of expertise for medical cannabis together with the German Center for Medical Cannabis (DZMC).
  • You design and organize trainings, webinars, continuing education and regular online consultation hours.
  • You develop communication materials for patients, physicians and pharmacies.
  • You actively expand our network with medical societies, associations and other partners.
  • You support brand management, quality seals and campaigns.
  • You establish and manage purchasing cooperatives for pharmacies.
  • You conduct market and product analyses and organize the shipping of accessories.

Requirements

  • A completed degree — e.g. in health management, pharmacy, medicine, business administration or a comparable field.
  • Experience in a leadership position, ideally in healthcare or a pharmacy-/pharma-related environment.
  • Strong understanding of or pronounced interest in medical cannabis.
  • Excellent communication skills and a talent for networking.
  • Strategic, analytical thinking and an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Enthusiasm for innovative projects and digital affinity — experience with digital products or platforms is a plus.
