About the role

  • You will strategically build and continuously develop our professional cooperation for pharmacies and physicians.
  • You define goals, quality standards and structures — and implement them together with your team.
  • You lead an interdisciplinary team and coordinate external partners.
  • You will develop a center of expertise for medical cannabis together with the German Center for Medical Cannabis (Deutsches Zentrum für Medizinal-Cannabis, DZMC).
  • You design and organize training courses, webinars, continuing education and regular online consultation hours.
  • You create exchange formats for professional groups and oversee our member platform.
  • You develop communication materials for patients, physicians and pharmacies.
  • You actively expand our network with professional societies, associations and other partners.
  • You support brand management, quality seals and campaigns.
  • You establish and manage purchasing cooperatives for pharmacies.
  • You conduct market and product analyses and organize the shipment of accessories.
  • You work closely with our software teams and manage training & consulting for the Cannaleo software solutions.
  • You build an active, engaged community and ensure that professional and organizational standards are met at all times.

Requirements

  • A completed degree — e.g., in health management, pharmacy, medicine, business administration or a comparable field.
  • Experience in a leadership position, ideally in healthcare or in a pharmaceutical/pharmacy-related environment.
  • A strong understanding of or a keen interest in medical cannabis.
  • Excellent communication skills and talent for building networks.
  • Strategic, analytical thinking and an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Enthusiasm for innovative projects and digital affinity — experience with digital products or platforms is a plus.
