- You make sure people work in roles where they can best apply their strengths (person–role fit).
- You develop a clear, functional organizational chart and regularly review whether structures and responsibilities fit the company’s stage.
- You ensure efficient internal communication so information reaches the right people, meetings are appropriately staffed, and coordination processes are clear and transparent — especially in a growing organization.
- You work in partnership with executive management to plan future team and competency needs.
- You create the conditions in which employees can realize their full potential and continuously develop.
- You develop feedback processes, learning paths, training offerings, and development plans.
- You support managers on topics related to communication, team leadership, and employee development.

- You take responsibility for recruiting selected roles — from job postings to onboarding.
- You develop innovative recruiting approaches for tech, product, and commercial roles.
- You support hiring managers with job profiles, selection processes, and interviews.
- You accompany the entire payroll process in collaboration with our external payroll office — including preparation of relevant data, communication, and quality assurance.
- You ensure compliance with employment law frameworks (supported by external experts).
- You optimize HR processes, implement practical tools, and ensure clear, transparent workflows.
- You keep track of workforce planning, absences, contracts, and administrative fundamentals.
- You support executive management on strategic, cross-functional projects and actively contribute to their planning, prioritization, and implementation.
- You take on organizational and administrative tasks, prepare information, coordinate alignments, and ensure a clean structure in relevant processes.
- Through your structured, reliable way of working, you help relieve the daily workload of executive management and sustainably support company initiatives beyond HR.
Requirements

- You have solid knowledge of organizational development, and in building and optimizing structures, role profiles, and processes.
- You are experienced in recruiting, talent management, and personnel development — from building talent pipelines to individual development plans.

- You bring confident expertise in building HR processes, tools, and reporting systems to ensure transparency, efficiency, and scalability.
- Strategic thinking, an independent working style, and clear prioritization.
