About the role
- You will strategically build and continuously develop our professional cooperation for pharmacies and physicians.
- You define goals, quality standards and structures — and implement them together with your team.
- You lead an interdisciplinary team and coordinate external partners.
- You collaborate with the Deutsches Zentrum für Medizinal-Cannabis (DZMC) to develop a center of expertise for medical cannabis.
- You design and organize trainings, webinars, continuing education and regular online consultation hours.
- You create exchange formats for professional circles and manage our members’ platform.
- You develop communication materials for patients, physicians and pharmacies.
- You actively expand our network with medical societies, associations and other partners.
- You support brand management, quality seals and campaigns.
- You establish and oversee purchasing cooperatives for pharmacies.
- You conduct market and product analyses and organize the distribution of accessories.
- You work closely with our software teams and steer training & consulting for the Cannaleo software solutions.
- You develop an active, engaged community.
- You ensure that professional and organizational standards are observed at all times.
Requirements
- A completed degree — e.g., in health management, pharmacy, medicine, business administration or a comparable field.
- Experience in a leadership role, ideally in healthcare or in a pharmaceutical/pharmacy-related environment.
- Very good understanding of, or a strong interest in, medicinal cannabis.
- Strong communication skills and a talent for networking.
- Strategic, analytical thinking and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Enthusiasm for innovative projects and digital affinity — preferably with experience in digital products or platforms.
