About the role

  • You support and assist with video interviews featuring our network physicians — from preparing equipment to on-site execution.
  • You edit and refine raw footage into high-quality content for our website and social media channels (short‑form & long‑form).
  • You support the planning and publishing of content on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube.
  • You independently create and manage marketing campaigns and handle the associated budgets.
  • You help translate complex medical topics into easy-to-understand, visual formats.
  • You ensure that all visual content complies with our corporate identity.
  • You monitor our marketing activities, visualize them and interpret the results.

Requirements

  • You are a currently enrolled student in media production, communication design, marketing, film/video or a related degree program.
  • You have solid foundational knowledge of media production.
  • Ideally, you are proficient in DaVinci Resolve, CapCut and/or the Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Practical experience with camera equipment, lighting and audio is a strong advantage.
  • You have a basic interest in medical cannabis as a legitimate therapeutic option.
  • You work in a structured and reliable way and maintain high standards for the quality of your work.
  • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
