• Lead full cycle recruiting for both IC and Leadership engineering positions, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews, extending offers, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience
• Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand talent needs and develop recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives
• Proactively identify opportunities to streamline and optimize recruitment processes and drive initiatives to improve efficiency and candidate quality
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, Hiring Managers, and cross-functional stakeholders

Recruiter, Engineering

Data Engineer

• Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders (engineering, delivery, product, customers) to understand data needs
• Deliver on Data Team outcomes for internal teams and external customers, including operational and analytics workflows
• Research, design, and own new data infrastructure using industry best practices and state-of-the-art tools
• Build datasets, pipelines, and other solutions to support operational and product outcomes; develop support systems to scale the team
• Contribute to building a robust data culture ensuring data is trusted, accessible, and central to measuring impact
• Work on systems and projects such as BI Platform Infrastructure, Airflow, BigQuery tuning, customer-facing data delivery infrastructure, DBT deployment, CI/CD, data streaming infrastructure
