About the role
- Identify market opportunities through customer research, competitive assessments, and industry insights.
- Translate customer and market findings into actionable business and product requirements.
- Prioritize customer needs and maintain a clear, strategically aligned product roadmap.
- Lead prototyping efforts and collaborate with Architects and Engineers to support product and technology decisions.
- Define and bring to market revenue‑generating, customer‑driven software products optimized for digital banking experiences.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Support teams to launch market‑leading offerings.
- Own the complete product lifecycle from requirements through release, optimization, and end‑of‑life.
- Build and maintain business cases that guide product decisions and support Candescent’s financial performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field — or equivalent work experience.
- MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years experience delivering customer‑driven, data‑powered software products.
- 5+ years product management experience within digital banking, fintech, or payments.
- Demonstrated ability to define, execute, and deliver successful product roadmaps.
- Proven success leading cross‑functional teams to launch on‑time, on‑budget digital products (web or mobile).
- Strong project management capabilities with the ability to lead multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
