Executive Assistant

• Providing a high level of support to the executive
• Responding to internal and external inquiries
• Developing and maintaining excellent relations with colleagues and clients
• Acting as a brand ambassador for the company
• Supporting executive with daily activities as required
• Acting as the point of contact between the executive and internal or external constituencies
• Organizing workflow by reviewing and prioritizing executive’s emails, correspondence and meeting preparation requirements
• Coordinating and managing calendar for internal and external meetings and conference calls
• Working closely with the executive to keep her or him well-informed of upcoming commitments, responsibilities, tasks or potential issues
• Screening incoming calls, emails and requests and redirecting when possible to optimize executive’s time
• Assisting executive with preparation of internal and external communications
• Coordinating and managing all travel arrangements
• Preparing and submitting expense reports
• Organizing social functions as required
• Performing other job duties as assigned by the supervisor
