• The Bilingual Talent Acquisition Recruiter provides full-cycle recruiting execution for salaried and/or hourly positions, including sourcing, screening, qualifying, interviewing, and managing candidate relationships, while coordinating with hiring managers through the assessment and selection process.
• Executes staffing strategies defined with the hiring team and Talent Acquisition Manager.
• Understands how recruiting activities align with broader talent objectives.
• Develops a working understanding of our business, processes, market conditions, technology, and culture.
• Builds productive relationships with hiring managers and candidates; escalates complex or sensitive issues to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
• Adopts new tools and processes; provides feedback to the Manager and TA Operations to improve effectiveness.
