About the role
- Process individual and group contributions.
- Process plan participants' enrollment requests.
- Process inter-fund transfers of client/plan participant assets.
- Process cash withdrawals and registered plan transfers between financial institutions.
- Review and mail checks.
- Prepare participant information packages and take appropriate actions at the default stage.
- Perform plan and participant maintenance tasks in SARR.
- Handle basic information requests, answer phone calls, and related duties.
- Foster relationships with administrative staff to deliver the best possible customer experience.
Requirements
- Bilingual (French and English) required only for Quebec.
- Strong customer service focus with a positive, proactive attitude.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office tools effectively at an intermediate level (Word, Excel and Outlook); daily use of Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven organizational skills and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
- Experience in a results-oriented role with tight deadlines.
- Ability to pay close attention to detail when performing routine tasks.
- Motivated and flexible team player.
- Ability to complete assigned tasks in accordance with business processing rules and documented procedures, and to make decisions based on those guidelines.
- Ability to respond to standard communications within service delivery timeframes.
- Reliability rating and security clearance — only candidates who receive a job offer will be required to undergo these checks.
