About the role
- Lead complex analysis across business processes, systems, and security capabilities.
- Drive adoption of security services and help shape the future of technology risk management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable technology solutions.
- Document current state business and system processes; collaborate with process owners to define future state, identify gaps, and assess impacts of technology implementations.
- Contribute to project implementation activities including process and system design, testing, change management, training, support documentation, risk management, and rollout planning.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience as a business process and/or systems analyst
- Must-have experience in Information Security or Technology Risk projects
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint platforms.
- University or college education in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, Commerce, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
