About the role
- Assess vocational rehabilitation needs and potential
- Provide guidance and referral services to claimants with a disability
- Work in partnership with the policyholder (the employer)
- Develop realistic and cost-effective rehabilitation plans
- Prepare written reports detailing findings and recommendations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in health sciences, psychosocial intervention, or a related field combined with relevant experience
- 4 years of relevant intervention experience
- 5 years of rehabilitation experience (an asset)
- Relevant facilitation experience
- Relevant experience in coaching and counselling
- Experience in the insurance sector (an asset)
- Bilingualism (fluent in French and English) is required
